Itrinity is a leading SaaS portfolio company based in Europe that owns and operates several well known SaaS products including UptimeRobot and Mangools. Backed by Pale Fire Capital, Itrinity's portfolio of SaaS products have grown to reach millions of users across the globe.

Itrinity's experience, capabilities, and backing will set the path for the future growth of geotargelty.com.

When did the transaction take place?

The transaction closed on 8th December 2023.

What happens after the acquisition?

Operation of geotargetly.com continues on the basis of business as usual. Your account and services continue to function seamlessly post-acquisition, upholding the high standard of quality and service you've grown accustomed to.

Since closing of the transaction, your account and geotargetly.com is owned and operated by GeoTargetly, s. r. o. and the existing terms and policies you had with the previous proprietor were discharged and replaced by the following (as was communicated previously):
