The following definitions apply:

We, Us, Our : Geo Targetly (V&T Technolologies Pty. Ltd)
Customer, You, Your : You, the customer who utilizes Geo Targetly by communicating with Geo Targetly or by registering for an account with Geo Targetly
Customer End Users : Your customers or users who visit Your website and as a result communicate with Geo Targetly's servers
Controller : Us when we processor your data. We behave as a controller when You visit our website, communicate with Us or register for an account with Us
Processor : Us when we process your Customer End Users data on your behalf. Geo Targetly behaves as a processor when You utilize our services for Customer End Users
